'God sustains every soul and dwells in it' (St John of the Cross)
A very happy feast of Saint John of the Cross, Carmelite friar and Doctor of the Church. John was born in Spain about 1542. As a Carmelite he was involved in the Discalced reform of the Order. He died in 1591 outstanding in holiness and wisdom, as evident in his many spiritual writings. Learn more about St John here:
